real estate development, 20 high-end single family rental homes and the marina. The team has a robust rental program of boats, jet skis, golf carts, bicycles and other gear. The owners, who have been managing property for decades, have a bold vision for this property: to deliver a fantastic experience to all of its owners and guests.
