Jewelry Sales Associate

If you answered yes to those three questions, we should talk. We're a downtown locally owned jewelry store looking for a part time jewelry sales associate. Candidates should have a positive attitude and a passion for jewelry and fashion. Excellent communications skills in a one-on-one environment are a must. Previous experience with jewelry is a plus, but is not required. Part time in the summer with full time potential in the holiday season. Shift is Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 12-6 p.m. with the option for some Saturdays.
Duties include:
- Establishing customer relationships
- Presenting & selling jewelry
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Ensuring store and merchandise appearance is presentable at all times
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications include:
- 1 year of sales experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate over the phone, in writing and in person
- Professional appearance
- Weekend and evening availability
- Available to work December 16 - 24
- Passing a background check
