Head Cook

Head Cook (summer/May-September)
The Head Cook is in charge of managing Grace Hall and the kitchen. They will oversee the preparation, cooking, serving, and clean-up of all meals. They will be responsible for keeping track of inventory and ordering through GFS bi-weekly. They will be responsible to building a nutritious menu that exceed the Summer Food Service Program standards and exercises knowledge in food management. Must be at least 20 years of age to apply. Summer runs from mid-May to early September and is flexible after August.
